I started back this week after a week off, mostly due to a wrist injury that I sustained doing Cleans. Its been really hard to do any snatches, or similar grip exercises. Cleans don't seem to be a problem though.Today I decided that it would be a good day to get out the prowler. If you don't know what this is it is a heavy duty torture device that must have been created by a sadistic S.O.B. who loves to watch people suffer. But I digress, really it is a super sled that you can push/pull from different angles, and add lots of extra weight to boot. Check them out at Elite fitness Systems, worth every penny, they also make an economy model which is more than adequate.
