scaled to 155 on bench; didnt have my stopwatch with me.
But i've got a long way to go to get back into the shape i was in. I cant wait to be done with medic school and get my life back

then 8:11 on the metcon- i had to do push presses to sub for the benchs-i used .75 body weight (126)
