I did Fran in 3:53 back in November but I was not all the way down on the pull ups (slightly bent arms) so that time was BS. Today really focused on proper pull ups and was happy with my time.

3:39. I used a ball to for depth marker on thrusters. Then threw up again. Stupid fran.
