Hey Scott i have a question for your expertise. I have been taking fish oil for a long time now, well since i started on zone paleo. I have to take 45 pills a day to get my daily EPA/DHA, and well thats a shit ton. Not to mention its expensive (i go through a bottle in 10 days). I was talking to a friend who has a little knowledge in the supplement world and he told me that i can take a few tablespoons of Flax oil a day and get the same amount of EPA/DHA as im taking now. Is this true? What are your thoughts on this? Is there a better/cheaper alternative?

hey Dev
flax is an omega 3 oil rich in ALA. not EPA/DHA. Fish oil is rich in DHA/EPA, sorry but your friend is mistaken.
